Five Relationship Blunders to Avoid in Your Sales and Marketing
Valentine's Day is here, so it's the perfect time to use one of my favorite marketing analogies: Marketing is like dating.
Why? Because you have to attract leads by playing up your positives; you have to differentiate yourself from the competition; and you have to spend time building meaningful relationships—ultimately choosing one person for what you hope will be lifelong wedded bliss.
How business owners attract leads and differentiate themselves will differ from one company to the next. But in building relationships, there are a few common blunders that many entrepreneurs and marketers tend to make—no matter what industry they're in.

Principles of Accounting- What & Why ???
Accounting is a consistent method of organizing information that makes it possible for you to compare results across periods and industries. If you think of money as the currency of business, then accounting is the language of business. It is this common language that allows you to have confidence in making decisions and forming relationships that are at the heart of every successful business. Download 100 GREAT MARKETING IDEAS by Jim Blythe
Marketing is, above everything else, about creating profitable exchanges. The exchanges should be profitable for both parties— fair trade always makes both parties better off, otherwise why would people trade at all? What we are aiming to do is offer products (which includes services, of course) that don’t come back, to customers who do come back. One of the basic concepts of marketing is customer centrality—in any question involving marketing, we always start with looking at what the customer needs. This does not, of course, mean that we are some kind of altruistic, charitable organization: we don’t GIVE the customer what he or she needs, we SELL the customer what he or she needs. Note that we define needs pretty broadly, too—if a woman needs chocolate, or a man needs a beer, we are there to ensure that they do not have to wait long. Most of the ideas in this book offer you ways of improving the exchange process, by encouraging more of it or by making the exchanges more profitable.

The Difference Between Creativity and Innovation
With the very accelerating and dynamic aspect of the competition, the main source of the competitiveness of the successes does not lies on the continuously re-applying the same processes. The need for more creative and innovative strategic planning and actions is now vastly exercised. To transform creative ideas into a very successful innovation requires very careful management and evaluation of the strategic planning and actions. Innovation means to create new product or process which is unique.
